virtual therapy for adults

It is completely natural for our past painful experiences and present-day stressors to negatively influence how we feel.

For some people, this impact can manifest as emotional hurt and sensitivity to specific situations, periods of intense overwhelm, challenges in intimate relationships—even violent or suicidal thoughts and behaviors.

If you're an adult looking for a safe person who can accompany you in discovering the root causes of these experiences, while offering guidance on ways to feel better today, we might be a good fit.

What’s it like to work together?

  • Unresolved trauma, painful experiences, and family/ancestral experiences of trauma and resilience have a profound influence on our present-day values, patterns, and struggles.

    I honor this reality.

We will delve into your history with thoughtful empathetic questions to foster self-understanding of our current strengths and areas for growth.

  • Holding your story, I prioritize building emotional and physical safety in our therapeutic relationship.

At your pace, we will explore ways to improve your current well-being, engaging in practices like somatic exercises, mindfulness, practical problem-solving, and meetings with loved ones.

  • For many of us, unhealed relationships or unhealthy relational patterns are the source of our pain.

For clients who are ready, I will support you and your loved ones by facilitating therapy sessions together, offering guidance in shifting unhelpful patterns of communication, and addressing unresolved wounds.

  • I bring warmth, gentleness, curiosity, and playfulness to each session. I believe these qualities resonate well with people who experience intense emotions, grapple with shame, are navigating overwhelming feelings, or seek a secure, nurturing environment.

Additionally, as someone who deeply values learning your history to better understand your current context, I work well with people who are open to exploring their past experiences.

Rest assured, I specialize in supporting trauma survivors. Your comfort and safety come first—I'll never push you into a conversation you're not ready for.

Together, we can work on:

  • Depression & Suicidality

  • Navigating life stressors and transitions

  • Anxiety & Worry

  • Grief & Loss

  • Improving Your Relationships

  • Navigating Systemic Stressors, Oppression, and Racism

  • Healing Relationships within your family of origin
